Ruben Lusinyants (vice-chairman of ARPA Institute) is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and has over 25 years of experience in technology servicing the financial industry. Ruben Lusinyants has M.S. in Computer Science from Graduate School of CUNY, and B.S. in Physics from Yerevan State University.
Ruben contributed significantly to fostering socioeconomic development through support of scientific research, accessible education, and investments into sustainable technology driven businesses in Armenia.
He is actively involved in the development of scientific research capabilities in Armenia, especially through his contributions to the A. Alikhanyan National Labs for the development of research capabilities in nuclear physics and materials. Ruben is also the founder of STEMAr Enterprises, which focuses on developing advanced methodologies for delivering quality STEM education at scale.
